The company

Onnicon was established in 2012, in the Aargau Technopark, with the aim of making top-quality HR-services available for small and medium-sized businesses.

Why outsourcing?

The areas of HR and employment law are getting increasingly complex, and often neither the broad spectrum of expertise nor the required time resources are available at a sufficient level, especially in small HR departments, in order to comply with all expectations.

Therefore we see ourselves as our customers’ external HR department: meaning that as an outsourcing partner we take over either the full spectrum of HR tasks, performed by the HR department, or we assist the internal HR function with explicitly taking over only a limited number of responsibilities.

Unlik e an internal HR-department we support you on an on-demand basis, meaning costs would only be incurred, if services are required.

Why us?

Unlike other HR-outsourcing companies, which most often cover only a part of HR such as salary administration or recruitment, we offer professional services in all core HR activities from a single source. Our clients therefore have only one contact person for all HR activities.

As an added value we can work either on site at our clients’ or remotely from our office, which eliminates complicating control functions on the client’s end.

Through working on-site, we rapidly get an insight into the company’s corporate culture and have an understanding of our clients’ and their employees’ issues. Managers and employees appreciate the personal coaching and advisory in difficult situations and decision-making processes.
